"The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new."

You’ve read all the books, but still feel unprepared for the emotional rollercoaster of motherhood?
Sometimes you're wondering if anyone truly sees what you’re going through?
Everyone asks about the baby — but when was the last time someone asked how You are really doing?
Join a small group of like-minded moms, and week by week, we'll embrace this complex transformation together!
To help you get the most out of this experience, we’ve designed this group specifically for new mothers with similarly aged babies (newborn to 5 months), offering support during those intense early months. If you're interested in joining a group but are already a mom or have older babies, please let us know! We're always looking for ways to offer the best possible support tailored to your needs.
we focus on you — the Mom.
Your birth story, family patterns, relationships, and real self-care.
3 Ways the Motherhood Circle Supports Your Journey
1
Clarity on Who You’re Becoming
Through guided discussions, you'll have space to reflect on your evolving identity as a mother. This isn't just about baby milestones — it's about your own growth, helping you feel more grounded in who you are becoming and the kind of mom you want to be.
2
Conscious Choices Rooted in Your Story
By exploring your birth experience and generational patterns, you’ll become more aware of how your background shapes your parenting. This awareness empowers you to make intentional, confident choices for yourself, your baby, and your family.
3
A Lifelong Village of Support
Motherhood can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. Sharing this journey with other moms fosters deep connections. You’ll gain a network of likeminded mamas to lean on — even beyond sessions.
MY STORY
Your guide: Nelli - Mom, Maternity coach, Psychologist
When my daughter was born during the height of COVID, I did what most new moms do — I searched endlessly online for answers. But no amount of articles or advice could compare to what I experienced in that circle of moms. It was truly liberating to hear my struggles validated by women going through the exact same things.
Hearing other moms talk about body changes, sleepless nights, emotional overwhelm. It was like a weight lifted.
I wasn’t alone. It wasn’t just me.
It was okay to share uncomfortable feelings and listen to others open up. Sometimes, just seeing someone else go through the same experience was all I needed. Other times, it was seeing their progress that reminded me — this phase will pass.
I left each session feeling lighter, more at ease, and thinking: I’m good. We’re good.
This experience inspired me to create the Shared Motherhood Circle: a space for moms to feel supported, understood, and never alone in their transformation.
As a fellow Mama and Maternity coach, I’m here to guide and hold space for you as you navigate this beautiful (and sometimes messy) season of motherhood — so you can feel more connected, confident, and clear about who you’re becoming.

Weekly meetings
Two hours just for you each week to dive deep into your journey. Each session is a chance to explore a meaningful topic together. It’s a space where everyone gets to share, be heard, and feel truly supported.
Location
Sanderson's Cafe’s beautiful garden - baby-proofed with soft rugs, toys, and changing stations for a stress-free experience.
Investment
Join the full 8-week program for a total of 2000 AED — including a cozy coffee or tea from Sanderson’s Café to enjoy while we connect.
Who is it for?
This is for you if you’re seeking self-reflection and emotional support. While it’s not a baby-care group, you’ll find it incredibly helpful to exchange tips with fellow mamas beyond the sessions. To support you best, this circle is exclusively for First-Time Moms with babies up to 5 months old at the start of the program. Stay tuned for new groups for Moms at different stages.
How does it look like?
The first session focuses on getting to know each other to create a safe space for sharing. Each week, we explore a key topic — from birth stories to seeking support — with time for everyone to share openly.
It’s a non-therapeutic, peer-supported circle designed to foster self-awareness, connection, and a sense of community.
